Training and Mentoring of School Teachers and Government Officials
Objectives
The mentoring program is highly interactive, encouraging active teacher participation. This facilitates a two-way exchange of ideas, allowing mentors to tailor their guidance to the specific needs and questions of participants.
The training sessions use a pedagogical strategy transitioning from concrete experiences to abstract concepts. Teachers first engage with real-world examples through models, simulations, and hands-on equipment.
